• Contact and concern forms: your name, email address, and message, so the board can respond to you.
• Updates sign-up: your name and email address, so we can send league updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
• Portal account requests: your name, email, and role (board/coach/referee/volunteer), for board members, coaches, referees, and volunteers who request access to the private portal.

We do not sell or rent this information to anyone.

Cookies

This site uses only one cookie: a login session cookie, used solely to keep you signed in to the private board/coach/referee/volunteer portal. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run analytics services like Google Analytics on this site.

Spam Protection

Some forms on this site may use Google reCAPTCHA to help block automated spam submissions. If active, Google may set its own cookies as part of that check. See Google's Privacy Policy for details on how Google handles that information.

How We Use Information

We use the information you provide only to respond to your message, send the newsletter you signed up for, or manage portal accounts for board members, coaches, referees, and volunteers. Player names may appear on team rosters uploaded to this website. If you have any concerns with your child's name being listed on this website, please contact the board.
